(Not sure if you have it on your PC?
if you see the pink Applet below then you do have it installed on your PC.

Download the zipped folder.
Unzip the downloaded folder
Click the "setup" application to install the program.
If at anytime you want to remove the program you can uninstall if from "Programs" by selecting Uninstall.

After installation of the free trial software you may click File>License where your product ID will be shown.
You may enter your name and click Buy Now button.
You will be taken to RegNow secure server to effect payment of $14.95 All major credit cards are accepted. No recurring fee. Just one time fee and you will enjoy free voice mail after that.
When done you will be directed to a page telling you a Unique Registration key for your PC.
Enter this key on the downloaded product license window and click "OK"
That is it. Now if you check license it will show you Your Voice-Mailer software is licensed to the name you entered in second step.
You may also register your product online by visiting Order Page from web site and entering your product ID which you find on the downloaded free trial version.
You will then be asked to confirm your order.
After payment you will be directed to the Registration key page. The free trial version will automatically become a Licensed version after entering the Registration key.
